Short series ideal for de-stressing after work.

This medium intensity mat-based class includes several stretches and exercises designed gently loosen your back and upper body.

The class also looks to work your stomach and core through a series of moves that mobilise your arms and legs (and test a coordination a little too 🙂 ).

Upper body stretch and strengthening

In this short class we focus on our upper bodies. This is a quick Pilates workout that mixes a strengthening with a great deal of stretching. Ideal for after work to de-stress.

The class begins with some upper spine movements and stretches before moving into four point kneeling to stretch with cat stretch and challenge our muscles with some press ups. Finishing with a series of arm and back stretches.

The class starts in standing with some gentle exercises and stretches to warm up.

Coming down on to the mat we work more on our core and then our glutes. Building up difficulty as we go before warming down again with a series of stretches.

Core and glutes focus Pilates class with stretching

Beginning with stretches in standing and some balance exercises. the moving onto the mat working our core and glute muscles both lying on our back and side.

We challenge our glutes and core a little more with clam and side kick exercises. Finishing with some stretches in sitting.
