In the last of our series of post-natal classes we bring together some of the movements we have done through this series of classes. We warm up in standing with upper body and balance exercises. We then move onto the mat on our backs to engage and challenge our pelvic floor muscles with some of the exercises we have done through this series such as bridging (with heel raises), scissors and one leg stretch.
We then challenge the control of our pelvis and glute muscles on our sides with side kick and clam exercises. We then finish the class on the mat with some upper body and leg stretches.
