Post natal Pilates class – 4 of 6

We warm up in standing challenging our balance and stretching our neck and upper body. We then roll down into a four-point kneeling position to stretch our spines more with a cat stretch and work on engaging our pelvic floor in this position. We then move onto our backs to challenge our pelvic floor further with arm scissors and

Bridging movements. We then finish the class with some stretches for our legs and upper body
