Easy class gently challenging and stretching a range of muscles
This 30 minute class focuses on stretching the spine.
We start with some simple stretches in sitting then move to a cat stretch in four point kneeling.
Moving on to our backs to lengthen the spine further and stretch into our glute muscles.

My friend has told me about a Zoom class which is free, but I can only find ones I pay for? I’m 70 and have a bad back, I’m already doing a class on a Tues, so was wondering about Thurs to spread them out?

Hi Jo,
All our classes are pre-recorded and available whenever you like them. Although we do add a new class about once every week as well. You can sign up to our email updates to be alerted of when new classes are available. Thanks
I just wanted to say thankyou for your free Pilates videos. I find them excellent not only as a tool to help me stay flexible but as a calming influence in these trying times.

Thank you so much for these classes. I wish I’d found this website during the first lockdown, it’s absolutley perfect and I love that they are available whenever I feel like I need to stretch or relax.
