Simple Pilates workout

Great Pilates class for beginners or those looking for a slightly easier workout

New to Pilates or fancy an easier workout? Then this is the class for you! This class may also be of benefit to those of you with lower back pain.

This class focuses on some key Pilates moves to engage your core and pelvic floor muscles.

The class starts in sitting, warming up with some simple stretches. We then move down onto our backs to challenge and engage our core and pelvic floor further.

The class then progresses to moving onto our sides to challenge our glute muscles with a clam exercise before warming down with some gentle stretches.
