Great routine. It really helps my back, thank you
After doing Stott Pilates classes for 8 years, I am so happy a friend told me about your online classes. Your verbal directions are excellent finding it isn’t necessary to check the screen often. Having done six easy to difficult classes this week has been good for my (almost) 80 year old body!
Thank you Bea. I am glad you’re enjoying the Pilates classes!
As someone who in the past has only exercised by going for a long walk, I discovered online classes were possible thanks to Joe Wicks in lockdown! Your classes have been excellent for my back, really clear instructions and the pace is just right. My back feels so much better. Thank you.

Hi Vicki
I’ve just seen your blog on back pain. Would this exercise class be good for Sciatica as my daughter has got it though it has improved over the months?
Best wishes
Sharon
Hi Sharon, I am sorry to hear your daughter has had sciatica I know how painful that can be but glad to hear it has slowly been improving. If her symptoms are beginning to settle now it is good to exercise and mobilise the spine. The most important thing is for her to avoid any exercises that aggravate the leg symptoms. If she finds any exercises aggravate the leg pain then I would advise her to stop as you do not want to aggravate the nerve. We also have a more recent back pain class she may like to try that can be found here https://pilateslive.co.uk/pilates-classes/back-stretch-and-mobility/
I hope that’s of some help and the classes can help your daughter. Best wishes, Vicky
