Really enjoyed this workout. The different options make it easy to see progress over time. Thanks as always.
Many thanks for this class Vicky. I’m steadily working my way through the January month-long series…only a month behind!
🙂
I love your classes but recently when I press the class the list of exercises comes up but not you talking . Would you know if I am doing something wrong. I am happy to pay per class .
All thanks

Hi Liz. Sorry to hear that. The video that hosts the class sometimes takes a little while to load. So it could just be that – do you know if your internet is a bit slow at the moment? Try waiting for a minute to see if the video loads. If not, please email us at hello@pilateslive.co.uk and I’ll ask my helper (my husband 🙂 ) to explore what my be happening.
