Long class focusing on glute strengthening

We warm up in standing with a few stretches, squats and side leg lifts.

Working in four point kneeling to do some press ups, then challenging our glutes and core on the mat with side kicks, bridging and more.

      Hi Sue. Sorry you’ve had trouble with sound on this class. I have checked and cannot seem to see where the problem may be. Have you had any other issues with other classes? Or other videos generally?
