Energising Pilates workout
Get ready for the day with this energising Pilates workout.
We begin by warming up our arms and legs in standing with our ‘toy soldier’ movement.
We then get our legs moving a little more with some hip movements and squats. We continue the class rolling down onto the mat for some press ups!
Then in four point kneeling we challenge our core stability with a ‘superman’ movement. Finishing the class with some great stretches for our spines.
