In this core-focus Pilates class Vicky takes you through some gentle stretches and exercises in sitting before moving down to the mat to work through a series of more challenging exercises.
Throughout this class there are multiple levels offered. Enjoy the level that suits you and don’t over-do it.
This short class is designed to fit in to a busy day, or even as an ‘extra’ class if you wish.
