Looking to challenge your abs? Try this 20 minute Pilates class that focuses on abdominal strengthening and building stamina.
The class starts with some gentle exercises in sitting to warm up, before beginning a series of challenging abdominal endurance exercises.

I have been doing the online classes and I think they are great! Especially at these difficult times, it brings exercise and relaxation together. I have shared this website with the Pilates group I go to, which we are unable to attend at the moment, I’m sure they will enjoy it too. I’m looking forward to the next classes.
