I just found this site and did my first get. moving class. I really enjoyed it but am looking for regular sessions. I saw you have the 3x per week month long programmes. Which one would you recommend to start with first?

    Thanks,
    Julie.

Hi Julie and welcome. It very much depends on your ability and if there are any particular focus areas or themes. All our calendars are available here: https://pilateslive.co.uk/all-pilates-classes/month-long-pilates-calendars/ – if you are relatively new to Pilates and are looking for something progressive. You can try our progressive core and abdominals calendar or our Core control and stability Pilates calendar. We have a progressive fitness calendar too if that is of interest as well as calendars that work to improve strength, mobility and stability (Flexibility and mobility Pilates calendar and the new dynamic calendar). If you have signed up to our newsletter you will automatically receive weekly updates taking you through our ‘introductory’ month long calendar and once that has finished you will start receiving our weekly email with that week’s brand new class….Hope that helps. Please email me at hello@pilateslive.co.uk if you have any further questions. Vicky

I have recently found your website and over the last week have tried some of the classes. I have really enjoyed them and your teaching style and description of how to increase intensity is excellent and your breathing guidance is very beneficial. I have attended Pilates in person, but the times changed and so I was not able to go. I believe I have found the solution, especially as I do travel quite a bit.
Thank you very much. Being able to donate also feels right.
